Again, this is a completely fair assessment. People who are familiar with the powers available can usually whip out a character in 5 or 10 minutes. And during game play you'll seldom have to roll dice more than once to resolve any action, you probably won't have to deal with any numbers higher than 20, and only under rare circumstances will you ever have to do any math more complex than addition and subtraction.
