Yes, the section on the Adversary is pretty black-and-white, precisely because Leviathan's goal will result in the destruction of <u>everyone</u> else. But there's all <u>sorts</u> of grey when it comes to the relationships between the various factions of angels, the demons, the pagan gods, the True Immortals, etc.
