I've found them to be pretty well-balanced. I haven't kept detailed stats as you have, but I've never felt the Flit to be at a disadvantage.
They are, however, one of the trickier decks to play (along with the Mimix). They require a very different Zen from any of the other decks, more finesse. I think the Flit were a great choice for the first expansion deck, butcause they really show off the versatility of the system - they are so totally different from the decks included in the base set, and yet seem pertty well-balanced against them.
