It's a bit annoying that you roll your combat skill for fighting or your sneaking skill for stealth (or something like that). They could have just used the same word throughout to make it a bit clearer.
That said, we've played this twice (Hastur and Ithaqa), had a jolly good time and won both sessions. Well worth the money.
I'm not sure we'll buy the extension though, I don't have a room big enough to play it in.
