Different rules apply. Different backstory on how they do their stuff. The similar part is hacking, but what they do is different. Think of it as being like having both shamans and mages--both cast spells, but different story. Or having Adepts and Sammies. Both kill folks, but some do it with magic and some do it with cyber.
