I don't have it on hand, but someone showed me a copy of ICv2 Guide to Retailers 2005, which stated that nSR "died a dog's death" in 2005-- Fanpro did not even rank in the top ten. Their numbers are apparrently controversial-- other guides are not nearly as harsh-- but "very well" is a highly subjective concept.
