I really would like to kick off a campaign in Westeros, but lack the time to do all the work myself and can't find modules that fit the mood and setting. The dragon-theme here sounds nice, though.

I suspect the conversion to Game of Thrones would also involve some effort....Iron Heroes is mechanically a bit more funky, imo, than other traditional D20 games.
