Really? Try these:

1) First Level Professor of Mathematics.
INT 16 (+3 to INT Skills, and three bonus languages.)
Skill Focus: (Knowledge Mathematics) (+3 to Knowledge Math)

Now if you put 4 points into Know:Math, you get a guy with a +10 on the skill - that's not too shabby.

Hit points are 6.

2) Sixth Level Frail Professor of Mathematics.
INT 17 (+3 to INT skills)
CON 6 (-2 to hit points/level, -2 to Fort saves)
Skill Focus: (Knowledge: Math) (+3 to Knowledge math)

Put max 9 points into it, and you get +15 in the skill.
Average Hit points are now 11.

Both are completely in the rules as written, and both work.
