I've used this book. I don't run d20 Modern, so I didn't notice the mistakes in the stat blocks.
This book rocks in spite of the stuff you've mentioned. Just having the maps as a reference to description has been a life saver. I agree with your review of the game material, and even with the tiny details of the maps, but wow is this thing useful!
