Okay...
First, I am of the opinion that "GM by Committee" is, if not impossible to make work, at least very difficult to make work...

IF you have some 'magical' way of making it work, that doesn't just boil down to "Try it, and keep your fingers crossed!", then, okay, but my original point stands...
I don't see how it can work, nor does any example mentioned so far give me much faith or confidence that your set of rules does anything but create more problems than it solves!

Story Tokens certainly don't do it for me...
The whole idea that I'll let you rape my character Tuesday, for a chance to rape your character Today, doesn't exactly strike me as fair, or reasonable!

The fact that you have everybody get together at the beginning of the game, and argue what the rules are going to be doesn't do much for me, either! I can have plenty of Rules Arguements without ever buying another set of rules, thank you very much!

Now, if you've discovered a way to change Human Nature, that might be interesting!

So, what else, if anything, have you got?
