He's right. If this were SR3, I could have done a great deal of the decking with a cyberterminal and a few programs. There isn't any cybercombat or intensive IC-breaking in On The Run, but you still require a dedicated decker to pull off what is there. You can get by easily without a mage, and you can make it without a combat bunny; but without a decker, On The Run is going to be very rough going.
