Personally I think that calling him evil might be giving him a bit too much credit. I prefer to hold that term in reserve for the, you know, genuinely evil people throughout history like Slobodan Milosevic, high ranking Nazis and individuals and groups who have instigated acts of genocide. Being a "statanist" and writing a "dark" RPG doesn't even rank on that list.
As to the game...it's crap. It would be crap if the author were a Unitarian or a Mormon. Writing a crap game has nothing to do with a person's religious views.
