Undoubtedly so, but the publisher can answer the basic questions (page count, percentage dedicated to rules, and so on). There are also several comments from Dan Davenport, who says he played in a demo last year. He's likely to be less biased than the reviewer who wrote this (as Brannon Boren is also a writer for the book).
Because the game hasn't been released yet, we probably won't see much in the way of reviews until after Gen Con.
