And this is where my confusion comes in. Is the above act "spending" a Boon (ie, transferring it to someone else?)
Or is the act of "spending" a Boon just to delete it from the set you've accumulated? This was what confused me because it seems to imply that you can get another fairy promoted by calling in a certain number of favours, even if all of them were (for instance) favours by animals not to eat other animals. Which is a bit of a head-scratcher.
