How exactly is Carthian Law described? Is it some sort of concious effort of the Carthians (Like a ritual or cats marking their territory by pissing all over it?
) or does it just "happen" is areas with strong carthian presence?
Carthians sounds pretty cool and the Review sold me even more to it. (If only the V:tR core wasn't so bland.
