Des, my issue with your posts is the heavy handed way that you address the topic. Being that I am a real woman, I don't need to talk to 'real' women about the game to know that I've enjoyed it. You also have now explained that the women you are speaking about have no experience with this type of material (be it gaming or the genre I'm not sure). That alone should perhaps make you step back and think about taking such a caustic tone, simply because the people you seemed to talk to about it don't really seem to be the target audience.

Not every game is going to be for every player. It's hit or miss and always has been within the RPG industry. Niche catering is what makes independent games great. Just because it isn't your niche doesn't mean that it's not someone elses - it also makes it seem pretty senseless to make attacks on it rather than simply using the power of censorship that you have, which is to not buy it.

I guess I'm confused here, Des. If you were interested in the game but had concerns, it would be one thing, but it just seems like you are here to flame the game and the players/prospective players. If that isn't your intent then you really need to reel it in some, because that's the vibe your posts give and then some.
