I use bibliography in the formal sense, a enumerated and comprehensive list of works where material has been taken from directly. "Suggested Reading" doesn't count, and almost every book on my shelf has that. For what it's worth Fantasy Imperium's bibliography is quote poor compared to the suggested reading sections in a lot of my books, I was trying to find something nice to say but it seems to have fallen flat.

That's somewhat close. I know that storytelling is not a new concept and I don't have any particular bias for or against it but if you read the introduction to the game the authors make it clear that they are trying to distance themselves from the "other games" by calling it a storytelling game.
