The best part of the book is the entire column given to explaining how realy medieval archers would plant their arrows in the ground in front of them and the piss on them.

According to this very scholarly discussion this was done so that the arrows would inflict more damage due to disease.

Complete and utter nonsense that only a thirteen year old would believe but the game goes so far as to provide actual damage modifiers for it.

Yes, the game has damage modifiers for Pissing on Arrows.

The kicker of it is that this section isn't just some side bar or text box...its in the main section of the rules with a header that puts in on the same level of importance as Initiative. Apparently pissing on arrows is as key to the game as initiative.

"Pissing on Arrows" became our new catch phrase of GenCon for something so totally beyond stupid you can't believe anyone would actually print it.
