Suggest introducing a new Training called "Firing from Cover" which knocks up to 6 points off the negative modifier for firing from cover. Cannot reduce the modifier below 0 and is only effective on modifiers for firing from cover, not into cover or any other kind of negative modifier. Only effective when using guns and similar ranged weapons, not for melee or thrown weapons.
