This is true, however this does mean that the success in social situations is entirely reliant upon the player rather than his or her character, which I guess is another reason why Charisma is such a dump stat in D20... anyway, Corporation *does* have social skills and attributes to a certain extent, but more concise examples as to how they could be used to enhance the game would have been nice, and would also have suggested to the reader that politics and social shennanigans was a valid alternative to blowing peoples' brains out execution style. I think I should also like to add to the list of games that don't really have combat as a central focus:

Suzerain
Most WoD games (in which social interaction is at least as important)
Burning Wheel (ditto, thanks to very concise rules for social conflict)
Nobilis
Amber
Paranoia (think about it, what's more deadly a laser gun or tricking the computer into thinking your target is a traitor?)
Call of Cthulhu
Sorceror

I'm certain that there are others I've not thought of too, but these ones instantly spring to mind.
