As one of the players in Ben's game I would like to add that Ben does himself a disservice with some of his comments. He did a masterful job in the GM's chair!
The feel of the adventure really is excellent. There is a genuine sense of disquiet and unease and the level of tension is manipulated beautifully.
The NPCs are also so well done and so believable that it is painful. One of our PCs went on what was sure to be (and was) a suicide mission to avenge the death of a cultist and the rest of us couldn't bring ourselves to stop the main "bad guy" (or perhaps "well-meaning but misled guy" would be a better term). In fact, as Ben mentions, we ended up fighting amongst ourselves over whether to stop him or not - even though we all knew what a terrible thing it was that he wanted to do.
