I don't know about youth, but it's definitely gone down v well with my late-20s circle. It is the go-to icebreaker game-I've had great times with it playing with strangers when we shared no common language (someone is needed to explain the rules, of course) on multiple occasions.

I would say that the confusability of the arrows-in/arrows-out card is a feature, not a bug, as it mirrors the other confusable cards in the game.
