No. It is explicitly stated that character advancement should not be a focus, that advancement is slower than in "other" games, and that it's ultimately up to the Narrator to decide. In retrospect, I should have made this more explicit.

It is better in a raw, numerical sense, but it is
not an effective +6. And I made no effort to balance the different attributes. Keep in mind too that the game encourages players to find "innovative" applications of their bonuses.
In any case, I hope I'm not coming off as confrontational. I appreciate your time and interest in giving the work a critical examination.
