Well, basically, EoS has creatures called tentacled whores, women who have had their hands removed and replaced with tentacles. This is a divergence from the usual tentacle sex in which by-and-large normal women are raped by creatures with thousands of phallic tentacles. It's no biggy. Shame he calls it 'tentaclephilia'. I don't know if there's an official word for tentacle sex fanaticism, but if there is I'd bet on it being entirely in Greek, in which case it would most likely be Plokimaphilia or something similar. Nothing to get too excited about anyway. There's worse stuff in the source book 'Satanis Unbound', like the face-frying shamans who have to cut their own faces off to attract the giant crabs which their tribes eat. It's complicated. And silly.
