Chivalry and Sorcery is still available as a 4th edition. It's current edition is one of the better-designed 'rules heavy' games out there, but many people would choke on its complex mechanics and highly involved magic system. The core rules are actually not a great source book for medieval roleplaying because most of the setting-specific information from earlier editions was removed. However, there is a sourcebook for Knights (available from Mystic Station) that is excellent.
