Hmm, and yet they have a lower tolerance, in general, to extreme gravatic pressure such as those experienced in jet aircraft. Interesting. So I guess it depends on whether you're talking about endurance as in long-term endurance, i.e. stamina, or endurance as in the endurance of more transitory brutal physical experiences, i.e. toughness.
