Depends how you're using the term. The Crusade itself was over by 1095 or 1099 (I forget exactly when Jerusalem was captured) but if you define an "era" as "the period significantly influenced both directly and culturally by the event which names it" (as the word is often informally used) then the "era" of the First Crusade lasted basically throughout Christian rulership of Jerusalem, from 1095-whatever to 1187 when the Muslims under Saladin recaptured it. (Technically it should be "the post-First-Crusade era", but I'll cut some slack to something that is, after all, a game and not a history study text.)
