I understand that the novels are available there (at least the first two are in the US, while all three are here in Oz and over in the UK). The magic has a fair bit of Dreamtime-style context, with some oriental mysticism and voodoo as well. When I get home (in about a week or so), I did out the rules and give you a better response.
