Being a Lovecraft fan who has read
The Dunwich Horror multiple times I've always assumed that (a) The entity in that picture is Yog-Sothoth and (b) it is about to go all "icky" with that maiden.
Doubt it's Hastur, isn't Hastur's stat-bloc in Deities & Demigods accompanied by a picture that looks nothing like the thing making advances towards that young lady?
