No, it implies that since I have sealed packs and I haven't opened up 24000 packs I don't know with 100% certainty that the collation for box #524 out of 1000 displays is perfect. Most collectible card games don't have to worry if their collation is screwed up once out of 1000 times. We do, 'cause I have a guarantee on the front of the box.
The only thing we can do is guarantee perfect collation and stand behind it (i.e., if you get the one box out of many that doesn't get a full set, we mail you what your missing, etc.). When you produce this many boxes you are pretty much guaranteed that at least one snuck past quality control. But we guarantee our product's collation by the box, and have the set collation on our website.
