Since we're only guaranteeing by the box, only people who buy by the box are getting that support. If somebody provides me a receipt for an entire box and says one pack is off, we'll probably just trust them.
If some random person with no receipt at all claims they need cards, then tough.
I doubt the level of abuse is going to be high. If it is, then that means we're probably selling by the box a lot, and I'll take a little abuse if it goes along with:
a) making good sales; and
b) making players happy that they don't have to chase rares to play a customizable card game.
