That's the part that was bugging me up until I bought and read it. It's really misleading to say that it needs another book, 'cause it really doesn't. In fact, I would probably suggest that adding Wild Talents to the mix complicates things, and gets away from the simple (child-like) approach. The game system presented is sufficient to play the game, and it is a very flavourful way to do it, as well.
