Nice review there and nice to see another point of view on the game.
I really liked that you included examples of building a character and even a quick combat example. I agree that they should have been included in the actual rulebook.
One little comment though: Force Training is NOT a bonus feat for Jedi so your example character could not take this as their 2nd level bonus feat. A minor slip-up there but it has been a fairly common misconception leading to low-level Jedi with loads of Force Powers.
