True, and very sad as well.
But to address an earlier point made by the reviewer:

Not true! Shatterzone was going strong for quite a while until support started to flag. The system borrowed from it, Masterbook, was outstanding for pulp action and drama and did well while the good licenses lasted (
Indiana Jones was especially strong), but fell apart under weaker ones (Necroscope, Species, and... TANK GIRL?! Geez... this system isn't really built for comedy!). The Men In Black RPG was also weak on sales. Nonetheless,
TORG and SW could've kept the company going for quite a long time.
