I picked this title up at the local games store during the "free rpg" give away. I would agree with the reviewer that while the price was hard to beat (free afterall) it wasn't quite as sharp as the Dragonfiend pact... but I did like the premise of twisted little gnomes that were degenerated by a powerful crystal. I just thought that it was a good variation on the standard low-level baddie that populate so many dungeons. I have a fair amount of the Dungeon Crawl classics line in my gaming collection and have found them to be solid entertainment for the style of our gaming group. I would recommend this adventure for any group that like this more straight forward style of play.
