Hi, let me come in.

I am one of the regulars at Mythic yahoo group, which is where I noticed this thread. Be well assured that I am quite passionate about this little game, specially about the GM emulation part, which you can buy separately, btw for peanuts.

Anyway.

Is the game perfect? No, it's layout is readable but that's all it can be said, nothing fancy at all. It lacks many things you take for granted in a RPG like an extensive equipment list or even a setting. However it is aimed at the experienced player who probably owns tons of that stuff. What Mythic does is to provide you with a framework with which to simulate a GM.
It is hard to describe because, by design, it is very open. Basically it offers you an inspiration, a hint on what's going on, but it is supposed to be the player/s responsibility to interpret them.
