Because it wasn't relevant to the issue of Classroom Deathmatch as a game, its rules and completeness and look and feel.
Not any more than a review of GURPS World War II needs to address how justified (or not justified) the various armies and individual soldiers were in commiting the violence and atrocities they did.
Just because a game is all about the violence, even superficially, does not make it comparable to FATAL.
