Not really. It's a one-roll D20 system, with calculated damage recorded in tick levels (Scratches/Light injury/Serious injury/Death).
The major problem with Kult system, isn't the sub-systems - it's just that there are too many pointless traits that you tend to record on your sheet - many of the Attributes/Skills are barely ever used in play. Oh, and it's just little bit a bit bland, as in 'we've seen it all before'. Essentially, it's a modified version of BRP, using D20s and lacking charm.
