Great review. I enjoyed reading it even though I've already read Lost and come to my own conclusions. I like it. It's good. You made some excellent points about the way powers are set up in the game, though. I never really thought about that, but I think a lot of the things you have issue with are things that can be fixed. I like your suggestion of splitting contract dots between general and seeming/court to help keep players from wandering all over.

I'm with you on Entitlement benefits. I actually found the ideas behind the Entitlements interesting and I really liked the rumors section under each one, full of story ideas, but the benefits do seem pretty weak. I'm not a big fan of having a benefit be a magical doodad, either. I do like the idea that players can create an entitlement relatively easy, however. I think they'd be better served if the benefit was a significant boost to die rolls, a unique contract or ability, or access to some kind of helpful social network (trained mercenaries for hire, fences to sell stolen goods too, etc.)
