At least two -- I have one with a very different cover, but that was a very short pdf, I think possibly shorter even than the second impression. It's beautifully written but never really convinced me to run it - but I will one day. Inspectres of Octane appeal more - I ran the first and had a blast, and the second is great but did not work for the group I tried it with.
Still Lacuna wins out as one of the most evocative games I can think of - F.W.H. Myers meets the Matrix with a strong dose of Film Noir springs to mind, but you may well read it differently. It also has some really fascinating mechanics.
