I don't want to put words in the mouth of the reviewer, but as the creator, I believe what he is referring to is the fact that their isn't tons of fluff in the book. We don't go in over detail about the land and the inhabitants, no lists upon lists of npc's, etc. We really geared this to be as open and as playable as possible, without it coming across as a novel of a setting. If that makes sense?

And thanks for the great review. We are actually working on a D20 version of the game to be released soon, which will have more playable races, more classes, new magic, tons of new equipment, and a large bestiary. I'm very happy with how that is going and expect to start having previews up soon.
