Needless to say? If almost no one is able to get into it, why is D&D's biggest rival, White Wolf Games, not only a game company that is producing such games, but has been doing so for nearly 20 years? Some people like stepping into other people's heads and worlds, rather than pitting themselves against whatever looks good in the Monster Manual this week.
If the latter is your cup of tea, enjoy. Just don't run down the rest of us, or the people who make games for us, just because you don't play the way we do.
