This is a little offtopic, but I would actually think if magic were real and people could develop spells to suit their own interests there would be cantrips to do stuff like that. Assuming, as most games do, there are female mages, I would expect them to invent beauty spells. These would range from cantrips to clean up pimples to 9th-level spells that cause members of the sex you're attracted to to be obsessed with you and obey your every wish. (Though I suppose wizards could just cast dominate person on their lover-to-be.)
You'll notice there are no spells to provide a safe childbirth or healthy children either. (What wizard mother wouldn't cast fire shield on their child?)
As I recall, one medieval argument against the existence of witches was that only ugly women were accused, and surely if women were making deals with the devil some of them would want to be cute.
