Ironically there's lots of childbirth oriented spells in the much vilified "Book of Erotic Fantasy" by Valar Project. You are right, beauty, sex, childbirth, etc. would realistically be a focus of magical effort.

Take Seoni - if she were "20th century" I'd say "clearly implants!" But there's no implants in D&D. But if you were a wizard/sorcerer, why not?

The other thing I like about Paizo is that they don't focus on "naughty" but so far in the Rise of the Runelords AP they haven't shied away from appropriately adult content. My gaming group is about 30 years old on average; we go to see R-rated movies regularly, do our D&D games have to be G-rated? I don't mean "go X-rated", but the WotC "content standards" are as ridiculous as the much-vilified old comics code.
