TBH, at least around here a lot of gamestores got the books a week before the official launch. He could be an employee that read the book at work, or somebody that bought it from a store before the official release date.
I agree that the review is rather poor, though.

Uhm, reviews are by there very nature NOT unbiased. They're always biased. That's the point. They provide you with an insight on one person's opinion (and thus bias) about a given product.
Nevertheless, this one was terrible, since - apart from the bias - it provided nothing.
