Would this game run OK with Explorer Edition?

Because except for the fact that the recommended core rules for this product are essentially out-of-print -- and the replacement rules are TEN DOLLARS and don't change too many things -- this review has got me actively salivating. (Hard work, I assure you.) I mean, it makes the game sound like a cross between Paranoia, Tank Girl, Beyond Thunderdome, and some sort of Eastman and Laird acid trip.

So, um, would be great to hear if this works well with Explorer Edition.

Thanks! And thanks again!
I can't really see why it would not work with the EE of the rules. Anything that may be off from the original is going to be minor at best and easily worked around. I would highly recommend picking Low Life up and giving it a whirl with whatever version of the SW rules you may have.
