Sure, it's a gorgeous book with a lot of really cool ideas. I think we probably just weigh different things more or less. I think I may put more weight on the mechanics, for instance, and on the amount of support for play. I'm currently reviewing Dread: The First Book of Pandemonium, for example, and I think that in many ways it showcases the very best an RPG can offer in terms of supporting play with a lot of material.
To answer your question, yes this should be the exact same book.
