Don't look at me, I don't even have a D&D Insider account.
Considering that they used to (still have?) an on-line map collection on the official D&D site, I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually gear up to that. However, with the failure of Gleemax and all the other problems they have with setting up DDI, let alone the troubles with Magic: the Gathering Online 2.0 (which I'm certain gets the lion share of programming monies from Wizards compared to the D&D stuff), I wouldn't expect anything soon.
