Otherwise your critic is only based on using minis and not on 4E alone. We played AD&D with minis too. I feel no difference.
As for the review, well, it isn't one. Plain and simple. A review can have (and indeed is best if it has) a formulated opinion about its subject matter, but opinion alone doesn't make a review.
