How far into low-grade superpowers to the Heroic Talents stray?

Indeed, the time lines, histories and geography lessons are pretty dang useful for any game set between WWI and WWII. A remarkable job was done with gathering that info.

The Heroic Talents don't stray very far into low-grade superpowers, if at all. They're all built with appropriate Limitations that don't take them outside the realm of your average Pulp - some of which really did go towards low-grade Superpowers (The Shadow's ability to turn intangible for instance).

No monsters in the book, sadly. I think they just ran out of space to be honest.
